Joining:
When you join the Village of Ailurophilia you will be issued an address in the village, plus a passowrd and username for easy access of shops, attractions, ect. If you want citizens to be able to visit your house, you can even create a webpage and we'll link it to your address.

Retaining an Authority Symbol:
The best way to become a part of the Royal Monarchy, is to participate in the village activaties. Once you think you've proven yourself to be a loyal village citizen, you can visit the list of Monarchy positions and where it says "Needed" click there and send an application E-meow to King Jinx. This is a sample of a propurr aplication:

Dear King Jinx,

I believe that I have proven myself to be a honest, trustworthy, and loyal citizen of Ailurophilia and would like to apply for the Monarchy position of prince. I will do my best to fulfill the requirements of this rank, and if I am not able to purrform to the best of my abilities, I will notify you beforehand.

Of course, the position of prince will require more than simply attending a few attractions. But this is only an example.

Getting a Job:
There are two ways to obtain a job in the village of Ailurophilia. You can either

a) Open a shop, attraction, or reastaurant, or
b) Find a current shop with a "Help Wanted" notice

Once you locate a shop, ect., with such a notice and you think you can handle the requirements, you simply E-meow the owner of that particular shop, ect., and they will set everything up. A job could consist of simply sending the owner a picture of yourself to setting up a webpage. Eacj "Help Wanted" notice will supply a list of requirements for that particular job.

Opening a Shop, Attraction, or Restaurant:
It is very simple to open your own shop, ect. First, you go to the castle and find the Royal Office of Retail Kitties (next to the litterbox I think), and fill out a form explaining what your shop, ect., will sell and whether you will require employees (if so, you'll also need to include a descriptive list of job requirements. See 'Getting a Job'). If you wish to open a shop, ect., you will have to either already have a web page space in which to design it, or request assistance from King Jinx.

Conversing with Other Citizens:
There are two seperate chats in Ailurophilia. One located in the castle, and one in city hall. They are all java-powered parachat applets, so you'll need to have a java-enabled browser to use them. Each chat can only hold 25 users at a time, so if one is full, try the other.
